Nike Free RN Flyknit review
The Nike Free RN Flyknit had big shoes to fill as the successors of the great Nike Free 5.0 (pun intended). They come with a great design that will please runners who are also sneakers addict. In terms of comfort, they are much more flexible than the 5.0 but come with a heavier cushioning. It is a unique neutral shoe. However, it has a very specific feel that may not appeal to all runners like the 5.0 did.
- Just the right amount of cushioning for a neutral shoe
- Very lightweight
- Stunning design and colours
- Although it is very flexible, the heel is much tighter than with the 5.0. It may be a problem for runners with insertional achilles tendonitis issues.
- Terrain: Road & Track
- Arch support: Neutral
- Heel to toe drop: 8 mm
- Weight: 181-215 g
- Release year: 2016
