Great lightweight neutral shoe!

The Nike Free RN Flyknit had big shoes to fill as the successors of the great Nike Free 5.0 (pun intended). They come with a great design that will please runners who are also sneakers addict. In terms of comfort, they are much more flexible than the 5.0 but come with a heavier cushioning. It is a unique neutral shoe. However, it has a very specific feel that may not appeal to all runners like the 5.0 did.

PROS
  • Just the right amount of cushioning for a neutral shoe
  • Very lightweight
  • Stunning design and colours
CONS
  • Although it is very flexible, the heel is much tighter than with the 5.0. It may be a problem for runners with insertional achilles tendonitis issues.
