Iconic barefoot running shoe

Vibram FiveFingers became a sensation in 2009 when their barefoot shoes were featured in Christopher McDougall's Born to Run. Since then, despite some controversy, VFF has become the most iconic barefoot running brand. The Vibram FiveFingers Kso Evo features all the characteristics that seduced barefoot/minimalist runners throughout the years and is a solid choice. However, before embarking on the barefoot journey, make sure to follow an adequate training program to strengthen your feet and prevent injuries, especially if you are used to run in well-cushioned shoes with significant heel to toe drop.
